Return Back to #24 in Numbers 11-1000 page
The Bible's Number
24 -- Twenty-Four -- (continued) from main numbers page. This page
has additional evidences showing how #24 in the Bible is associated
with The Day of the Lord. This supports the strong evidence already presented
about Matthew 24:42, the Bible's 24,000th verse.
This evidence begins with looking at all the Bible's verses with a cross Bible
verse number beginning with #22 and ending with #14. Shown here with
number 24 because this same cross Bible verse number pattern always begins with
the digit "2" and ends with "4" - no great surprise. #22
is associated with Jesus the Suffering Servant, and #14 Jesus the King.
It
is difficult to quickly prove this pattern about beginning and ending number
digits, but it is very consistent throughout the Bible that beginning
and ending digits of numbers form meaningful numbers themselves. I go into this
more in my book, but these examples
should help demonstrate both the meaning for #24 as well as give some
evidence for beginning and ending cross Bible number verse digits (same as for
other 3 to 5
digit numbers as well).
Below are all eleven bible verses with cross Bible verse sequence numbers (1-31,102)
beginning with #22 and ending with #14 and whose verse text also points to the
meaning of the theme for #24 which is about the
“Day of the Lord".
You will see these themes of #14, #22 and #24 in the text of these eleven verses
below. Note, every number can also have its negative meaning such
as #14 which is most often about Jesus, but can also be found in reference to
Satan (see Zech 3:1 below). Also, take note of Dan 9:25, the “276th” verse
of Daniel with “2-7-60” in the text. This verse predicts when the Day
of the Lord will occur..
- (22014.276)
Dan 9:25 "So
you are to know and discern that from the issuing of a decree to
restore and rebuild Jerusalem --- until Messiah the Prince there
will be seven
weeks and sixty-two weeks; it will be built again, with plaza
and moat, even in times of distress (until the
Day of the Lord - This verse is the prophecy of the date for the return
of the Lord Jesus. Note the cross book verse number of 276 confirms the
days in the text. Evidence for the reality of the existence of the Bible's
Numeric Map).
- (22314.22)
Joel 2:2 A
day of darkness and gloom, A day of clouds and thick darkness.
As the dawn is spread over the mountains, So there is a great and mighty
people; There has never been {anything} like it, Nor will there be again
after it To the years of many generations.
- (22714.29) Nahm 3:1 Woe to the
bloody city, completely full
of lies and pillage; Her prey never departs. (the
29th verse of Nahm matches #29 theme of the return of the Lord).
- (22214.119)
Hos 9:5 What will you do on the day of the appointed festival And on the
day of the feast of the LORD? (the
119th (#29) verse of Hosea matches #29 theme of the return of the Lord).
- (22914.35) Zech 3:1 Then he showed me Joshua
the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD,
and Satan
standing at his right hand to accuse him. (The angel of the
Lord reference is considered a common reference to Jesus Christ. Also
interesting - this is the 22,914th verse and is in the 914th Bible chapter).
- (2214.681) Exo 25:18 "You shall make two
cherubim of gold, make them of hammered work at the two
ends of the mercy seat (the place Jesus will rule from upon his
return).
- (22114.19) Hos 2:8 "For she does
not know that it
was I who gave her the grain, the new wine and the oil, And lavished
on her silver and gold, Which they used for Baal (why Jesus
comes to Judge).
- (22414.49) Amo 4:3 "You
will go out through breaches in the walls Each one
straight before her, And you will be cast to Harmon," declares the
LORD (men will flee on this day).
- (22514.3) Oba 1:3 "The
arrogance of your heart has deceived you, You who live in the clefts of the rock, In the loftiness of
your dwelling place, Who say in your heart, 'Who will bring me down
to earth?'
- (22614.34) Mic 3:5 Thus says
the LORD concerning the prophets who lead my people astray; When they have something
to bite with their teeth, They cry, "Peace," But against him who
puts nothing in their mouths They declare holy war.
- (22814.26) Zep 2:8 "I have
heard the taunting of Moab And the revilings of the sons of Ammon, With which they have taunted My people
And become arrogant against their territory.
Also in the above verses are multiple associations to the #35/#53 which
refers to the delivering up of the faithful.Zep 2:8, Hos 2:8 and Exo 25:18 also
suggest the theme of #28 which is about resurrection (2x14=28).
